板条马氏体是指含碳量低的奥氏体形成的马氏体。它主要形成于含碳量较低的钢中，又称低碳马氏体。又因其形成于200℃以上的较高温度，故又称高温马氏体；此外，因其体内含有大量位错，这些位错分布不均匀，形成胞状亚结构，称为位错胞，因此，板条马氏体又称位错马氏体。 板条马氏体是铁基合金中有代表性的马氏体之一。一般形成于低中碳钢 (含碳约0.5%以下)。在光学显微镜下呈板条状，平行成束分布。
