杨载（1271—1323）元代中期著名诗人，与虞集、范梈、揭傒斯齐名，并称为“元诗四大家”。字仲弘，浦城（今福建浦城县）人。延祐二年进士，授承务郎，官至宁国路总管府推官。杨载文名颇大，文章以气为主，诗作含蓄，颇有新的意境。
