The results are as following.1 Successfully made the amygdala kindling model of rats.2 Lidocaine 5.0-25 mg kg-1 ip can inhibit the seizure of kindled rats, raise the threshold, reduce Racine’s stages (P<0.05).
2 利多卡因5.0-25.0 mg·kg~(-1)ip可剂量依赖性抑制大鼠杏仁核点燃发作，提高阈值，降低Racine’s分级(P＜0.01)。 利多卡因剂量大于30 mg．kg~(-1)，有明显的兴奋作用(P＜0.05)。
