李重（253年—300年），字茂曾，江夏钟武（今河南信阳东南）人。 少时好学习，有文才，父母早亡，与诸弟居住，以友爱著称。二十岁当本国中正，逊让未就职。后为始平王文学，上疏陈述九品之弊。后历任太子舍人、尚书郎、太熙、中书郎、尚书吏部郎等。永康初年（300年），为司马伦相国左司马（一作右司马），因忧虑成疾而死，时年四十八岁。死后追赠为散骑常侍，谥号成。李重著有文集二卷，（《唐书经籍志》）传于世。
