李有来，1969 年出生，安徽省巢湖市和县人。现为中国书法家协会理事、行书专业委员会委员（全国首届行书展评委），北京书法家协会副主席兼创作委员会主任，北京军区政治部文艺创作室专职书画创作员，全国青联第九届委员，2002年被中国书法家协会评为“德艺双馨会员”。
