《杂律》是中国封建法律篇名之一，专列性质不宜列入其他各篇的法规，故因杂而得名。李悝《法经》6篇，杂法为第五，秦改称杂律，后代相沿，至北周称杂犯律，隋唐又复称杂律。唐律的杂律计2卷62条，包括私铸钱币，负债不偿，赌博，决堤和度量不公等内容。明清律中列杂记门。
