术中知晓。就是在全麻过程中发生意识的恢复。由于当前的全麻基本上为复合式麻醉，即多种不同作用的药物同时使用。镇静遗忘、镇痛、肌肉松弛为主要的三个部分。如果出现术中知晓，意味着镇静遗忘作用消失，而肌松、镇痛作用还可存在。在这样的状况下，患者可存在意识，可听见周边环境的声音，但是无法控制肢体的任何运动，包括例如睁眼、咳嗽。同时，伴或者不伴有对疼痛的感知。 俗称：麻醉醒觉
两组患者术后回访无术中知晓发生。
