期货交割是指期货合约到期时，交易双方通过该期货合约所载商品所有权的转移，了结到期未平仓合约的过程。交割方式有现金交割、实物交割两类：现金交割是指合约到期日，核算交易双方买卖价格与到期日结算价格相比的差价盈亏，把盈亏部分分别结算到相应交易方，期间不涉及标的实物交割；实物交割是指合约到期日，卖方将相应货物按质按量交入交易所指定交割仓库，买方向交易所交付相应货款，履行期货合约。一般金融证券类期货合约以现金交易为主，商品期货合约以实物交割方式为主。
