第19条(发给服务证明书之义务)劳动契约终止时，劳工如请求发给服务证明书，雇主或其代理人不得拒绝。
Article 19 Upon termination of a labor contract, neither an employer nor the employer's agent shall reject a request from the worker for an employment reference.
员工死亡。由于员工死亡而终止服务应该是出于管理目的，从官方死亡证明书显示的日期起生效。
Death of the employee. Termination of service due to death of an employee shall be effected for administrative purposes from the date stated on the official death certificate.
