有我之境是近代王国维用语。与“无我之境”相对。指移情于物，意溢于境的壮美境界。他在《人间词话》中指出，“境界”有“无我之境”与“有我之境”的分别。“有我之境，以我观物，故物皆著我之色彩”，如“泪眼问花花不语，乱红飞过秋千去”、“可堪孤馆闭春寒，杜鹃声里斜阳暮”。“有我之境，于由动之静时得之”（同上），属于“壮美”。是利欲之我与外物有利害对立关系时的境界。
