断层位移测量（fault displacement measurement）是指为确定一条断层现今是否仍有活动及其活动方式所进行的观测。通常是在断层两盘设置人工标志，使用测量学的方法或用电阻丝、连通管等各种机械的、电学的、光学的方法，长期连续地精密测量断层两侧的垂直位移和水平位移，来确定断层的活动情况。是监测地震前活动断层位移情况进行地震预报的一种手段。
