文明根，韩国围棋棋手，1954年10月7日出生于韩国庆尚南道。1975年入段，1976年二段，1982年三段，1984年四段，1987年五段，1990年六段，1993年七段，1999年八段，2007年九段。1983年、1992年、1995年（第2、10、13届）帝王战进入本赛；1989年第六届博卡斯杯进入本赛；1993年第13届围棋王战进入本赛；1994年、1996年（第3、5届）围棋最强战进入本赛。
