敌百虫学名O,O-二甲基-(2,2,2-三氯-1-羟基乙基)膦酸酯， 中文别名:敌百虫可溶性粉剂;敌百虫兽用;敌百虫原粉;二甲基-(2,2,2-三氯-1-羟基乙基)磷酸酯;精制敌百虫 一种有机磷杀虫剂。工业产品为白色固体,纯品熔点83～84℃，能溶于水和有机溶剂，性质较稳定，但遇碱则水解成敌敌畏,急性毒性LD50值：大白鼠经口为560～630mg/kg。 敌百虫属于有机磷农药磷酸酯类型的一种。磷酸分子中羟基被有机集团置换形成磷碳键的化合物成为磷酸，磷酸被酯化即为磷酸酯。每日允许摄入量为0.01mg/(kg.d)成为有机磷农药在碱性条件下易分解而失去毒性，在酸性及中性溶液中较稳定，但敌百虫在碱性条件下分解的产物敌敌畏，其毒性增大了10倍。其毒性以急性中毒为主，慢性中毒较小。 2017年10月27日，世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单初步整理参考，敌百虫在3类致癌物清单中。
