收货单（MATES RECEIPT--M/R） 指某一票货物装上船后，由船上大副（Chief Mate）签署给托运人的，作为证明船方已收到货物并装上船的凭证。所以又称大幅收据或大副收单。托运人取得了经大副签署的收货单后，可以凭此向船公司或其代理人换取已装船通知。大副签署收货单时，会认真检查货物的外表情况、货物标志、数量短缺、货物数量等情况。如果出现货物外表情况不良、标志不清、有水渍、油渍、数量短缺、货物损坏等情况，大副会将这些情况记录在收货单上。此记载被称为“大副批注”。
