目的比较支气管袖状切除术与楔形切除术治疗肺癌的疗效。
Objective To compare the efficacy between bronchial sleeve resection and bronchial wedge resection in the treatment of lung cancers.
本文介绍我院近年来施行支气管袖状切除术15例，其中支气管肺癌12例，外伤性主支气管断裂伤3例。
Bronchial sleeve resection were performed in 15 patients from 1982 through 1986. The diseases managed were bronchogenic carcinoma (12 cases) and traumatic rupture of the bronchi (3 cases).
