排风系统（Exhaust system）指为防止设备在生产过程中产生的有害物对车间空气产生污染，往往通过排气罩或吸风口就地将有害物加以捕集，并用管道输送到净化设备进行处理，达到排放标准后，再回用或排入大气。当生产中有多台这样的设备，且每台的局部排风量不需很大，出于经济上的考虑，往往用管道将它们联成整体，组成局部排风系统，整个系统共用一台净化设备和风机。
