拔模斜度也就是脱模斜度，是为了方便出模而在模膛两侧设计的斜度。脱模斜度的取向要根据塑件的内外型尺寸而定。为了让成型品可以顺利顶出脱离模具，在与模具开闭相同方向的壁面(包括侧型芯与加强肋)，必须设定拔模斜度以利脱模。
