抵触申请是专利法规中的术语，是指损害新颖性的专利申请。具体是指在申请日以前，任何单位或个人就同样的技术已向专利行政部门提出过申请，并且记载在申请日以后公布的专利申请文件中，那么这一申请就被称之为专利申请的抵触申请。
