【适应症】 本品抗癌作用较弱，用于乳腺癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌、胃癌、绒毛膜上皮癌、甲状腺癌、肺癌及淋巴网状细胞瘤（何杰金病）等。本品毒性低，可以每日应用大剂量进行长期治疗，白细胞几乎不减少。 【注意事项】 可有血管疼痛、面部潮红、心动过速、药热等；注射时切忌漏出血管外，否则可引起组织坏死。
