第四十一条中标人的投标应当符合下列条件之一。
Article 41 the bid of a winning bidder shall satisfy any of the following requirements.
因投标人采取种种不法行为，中标后，燕达金色年华健康养护中心将拒付康复和生活辅助设备的余款。
If the bidders take any illegal actions, Yanda Golden Age Nursing Center shall not pay the spare money, even if the bidding has been accepted.
本招标项目不接受联合体投标。对未中标的投标人不作经济补偿。
The consortium bid is not accepted in the tender. And no economic compensation shall be made to the unsuccessful bidder.
