所谓承台梁,顾名思义，承受上面重大荷载的。而承台梁便是在承台为桩的时候，在桩口起的地梁，一般比承重梁配比高，结构要求高。它的作用是为了承受上面巨大的荷载，加强基础的整体性，承台一般应用于高层建筑的基础结构中。承台板便是在地梁之上的板，和周围的地面一体，上面素灰抹平。 承台梁分为柱下条形承台梁和砌体墙下条形承台梁。
