方法 2003～2009年我院收治手部瘢痕挛缩畸形25例，行瘢痕松解，“Z”成形，皮片、皮瓣移植及支具牵引等方法治疗。
Methods 25 cases with hand scar contracture were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from 2003 to 2009, they were released the scar with "Z" flap, skin graft, flap, draw tool etc.
目的探讨手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形的整形治疗方法。
Objective To study the plastic method of scar contracture malformation therapy after hand burns.
结论：皮肤再生技术是治疗手部深度烧伤防治瘢痕的理想方法。
Conclusion: Skin regenerative medical technique is an ideal method for treating deep burn wound in hand and preventing scar formation.
