慈善机构（慈善组织）或称公益组织，是非营利组织。任何人士捐款给法定认可的慈善组织，可以获得有关的扣税优惠；而任何人士捐款给没有慈善组织资格的非营利组织，该笔捐款不能申请用作相对的扣税。
