髅【摘要】目的探讨卵巢恶性甲状腺肿(malignant struma ovarii, MSO)临床病理特点。
Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of malignant struma ovarian (MSO).
结果28例中超声检查能够正确诊断为卵巢甲状腺肿仅8例，占28.5%，大多数误诊为卵巢恶性肿瘤。
Results 28 cases in the ultrasound examination can correctly diagnosed only 8 cases of struma ovarii, accounting for 28.5%, the majority of misdiagnosed as ovarian malignancy.
