Conclusion The accessory hepatic vein ean also drain hepatic blood compesatively in hepatic vein ohstruction. The imaging anatomy and imaging diagnosis of accessory nepatic vein ,the value of the accessory hepatic vein in diagnosing and treating Budd_Chiari syndrome were discussed.
