强心药是一类加强心肌收缩力的药物，又称正性肌力药。临床上用于治疗心肌收缩力严重损害时引起的充血性心力衰竭。强心药主要有强心苷类和非苷类（包括磷酸二酯酶抑制剂、钙敏化剂、β受体激动剂等）。
