张潮，中国男演员。1956年（丙申年）7月1日生，北京人。幼年随父母支边到甘肃省嘉峪关市，1973年嘉峪关市树脂厂当汽车修理工，积累最初的人生经验。1978年考入北京电影学院表演系。接受正规的表演训练。在学习期间，被著名的导演谢晋相中，参加影片《啊！摇篮》拍摄。
张潮与褚人获有一段文字交往佳话。
