建盏，福建省南平市建阳区特产，中国国家地理标志产品。 建盏多是口大底小，有的形如漏斗；且多为圈足且圈足较浅，足根往往有修刀（俗称倒角），足底面稍外斜；少数为实足（主要为小圆碗类）。造型古朴浑厚，手感普遍较沉。建盏分为敞口、撇口、敛口和束口四大类，每类分大、中、小型；小圆碗归入小型敛口碗类。敞口碗：口沿外撇，尖圆唇，腹壁斜直或微弧，腹较浅，腹下内收。浅圈足。形如漏斗状，俗称“斗笠碗”。 2016年12月，原国家质检总局批准对“建盏”实施地理标志产品保护。
建盏在宋代茶文化史上扮演着重要的角色，而与其同一产地的建茶（武夷茶）也同样备受瞩目。
