平衡蒸馏（或闪馏）是一种单级蒸馏操作。当在单极釜内进行平衡蒸馏时，釜内液体混合物被部分汽化，并使气相与液相处于平衡状态，然后将汽液两相分开。这种操作既可以间歇又可以连续方式进行。平衡蒸馏计算所应用的基本关系是物料衡算、热量衡算和气液平衡关系。平衡蒸馏中，气液两相处于平衡状态，即两相温度相同，组成互为平衡。平衡蒸馏为稳定连续过程，生产能力大，不能得到高纯产物，常用于只需粗略分离的物料，在石油炼制及石油裂解分离的过程中常使用多组分溶液的平衡蒸馏。
