干支流通俗地讲就是干流与支流的合称。在水文学上，干支流是指主干河流与其沿途接纳的各级支流所共同形成的复杂的脉络相通的干、支流水网系统。干流与支流交汇之处称为干支流交汇处或合流处。根据河流通常分为上游、中游和下游三个河段，不同河段的干支流又分别称为上游干支流、中游干支流和下游干支流。
