干地黄，中药名。为玄参科植物地黄Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Libosch. ex Fisch. et Mey.的块根，主要分布于辽宁、内蒙古、河北、山西、陕西、山东、江苏、安徽、浙江、河南、湖北、湖南、四川等地。具有滋阴清热，凉血补血之功效，用于热病烦渴，内热消渴，骨蒸劳热，温病发斑，血热所致的吐血，衄血，崩漏，尿血，便血，血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，血少经闭。
