是指职工工伤与职业病致残等级分级，是对职工工伤后劳动能力的鉴定，即对因工作遭受事故伤害或者患职业病的劳动者获得医疗救治和经济补偿进行受伤等级鉴定的标准。
凡达不到工伤伤残等级的事故人员，一律按本合同第四条第6款处理。
