工业窑炉：工业窑炉按热工制度又可分为两类：一类是间断式窑炉又称周期式窑炉，其特点是窑炉子间断生产，在每一加热周期内窑炉温是变化的，如室式窑炉、台车式窑炉、井式窑炉等；第二类是连续式窑炉，其特点是窑炉子连续生产，窑炉膛内划分温度区段。在加热过程中每一区段的温度是不变的，工件由低温的预热区逐步进入高温的加热区，如连续式加热窑炉和热处理窑炉、环形窑炉、步进式窑炉、振底式窑炉等。
