层析法是利用待分离物质中不同组分的某些理化性质的差异而建立起来的一种分离技术。所有的层析系统均是由固定相和流动相组成，固定相为固体物质或固定于固体物质上的成分，流动相是可以流动的物质如水和各种溶剂。
