小脑症的概念： 是指正常的婴儿在出生时，脑颅骨是没有完全愈合的。而患有小脑症的婴儿的颅骨是完全愈合或即将愈合。颅骨的愈合决定着大脑的发育，一般新生儿的头围在出生时约为34厘米，前半年增加8-10厘米，后半年增加2-4厘米，1岁时平均为46厘米。以后增长速度减缓，到成年人时约为56-58厘米。而小脑症却在34厘米左右。 所谓小脑症就是脑容量比一般人要小，像那个“猴娃”曾繁胜的脑容量就只有700，还不及普通的婴儿多呢。 得了这种病的人面部表情表达不出来，也就是没有喜怒表情，还有就是走路会不稳。
