各种外力的作用所致的小肠穿孔称为小肠破裂。临床表现主要有腹痛、腹胀、腹膜炎，可伴有休克。小肠位于大部分腹前壁之下，相对表浅，损伤机会多，且常同时有多处破损。由于小肠壁厚，血运丰富，故无论是穿孔修补或肠段切除吻合术，其成功率均较高，发生肠瘘的机会少。
目的提高对外伤性小肠破裂的诊治水平。
