第二条本规定适用于港口规划的编制、审批、公布、修订与调整、实施和监督管理等活动。
Article 2 These Provisions apply to the establishment, examination and approval, promulgation, amendment and adjustment, implementation as well as supervision and administration of port planning.
第十三条空域的划设、调整，应当按照国家有关规定履行审批、备案手续。
Article 13the establishment and adjustment of airspace shall go through formalities for approval and record in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
