Certificate of Deposit 存款人将资金存入金融机构一定时期，金融机构所发给存款人的存款证明。定存单必须载明金额、起讫日期、利率。金额机构于到期时，连同本金、利息偿还给存款人。定存单可分为转让定存单与不可转让定存单两种。
