《奇迹女孩》，是日本漫画家秋元奈美的少女漫画作品，在讲谈社的漫画杂志《Nakayoshi》连载，单行本共9册。1993年被改编成动画，在香港无线电视播出时称《幻法双子星》，而该作品香港主题曲由刘小慧主唱，并收录新力唱片出版之《分手不需再流泪》大碟内。
