大椎，经穴名。出《素问·气府论》。别名百劳、上杼。属督脉。三阳、督脉之会。在后背正中线上，第七颈椎棘突下凹陷中。布有第八颈神经后支及第一胸神经后支的内侧支；颈横动脉分支。主治发热，疟疾，中暑，感冒，癫狂，癫痫，骨蒸潮热，盗汗，咳喘，脊背强急，项强；及肺结核，支气管炎等。向上斜刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-7壮；或艾条灸5-15分钟。
