多因复成矿床（polygenetic compound ore deposit）简称复成矿床。1975年开始提出，成为地洼成矿理论的核心。指经受不止一次成矿作用、同时具有明显的多种成因特征的矿床。其成因类型往往引起长期争论，它的主要特点为“五多”（多成矿大地构造阶段、多物质来源、多成矿作用、多成因类型、多控矿因素）；其成矿物质及成矿作用可来自不同地壳发展阶段，在地洼区中最为发育。其主要模式及形成方式有：①叠加富化，如海南岛石碌式铁矿、内蒙古白云鄂博铁—铌稀土矿床；②改造富化，如湖北大冶式铁矿、黄梅式菱铁矿；③再造富集，如湘桂黔等铀铅锌锑汞等矿，系由地下热水把各时代的矿源层中分散的成矿元素富集而成。多因复成矿床成矿及控矿的大地构造条件多种多样、方式不一。
