复合卵（composite egg， compound egg）是扁形动物中，除三肠目外，涡虫纲的大多数种类及吸虫纲和绦虫纲的卵，是由位于中央的生殖细胞（卵细胞）和包裹其外面的发育中供给营养物质的卵黄细胞组成。两者包含于1个卵壳内。这种卵称为复合卵，亦称外黄卵（ectolecithal egg）；与此不同的是卵细胞本身内含卵黄的卵，则称为单卵。产单卵的种类，其雌性生殖腺仅为卵巢；产复合卵的种类，则制造生殖细胞的生殖腺和制造卵黄细胞的卵黄腺分开，或这两种构造不同程度地结合。
