增值条款（increased value clause）是海上保险中对已保险的货物或船舶，再将其保险价值增高而进行保险的一项特约条款。1982年，伦敦保险人协会已明确将“增值条款”列为货物险条款中的一条条款。货物协议价值应视为原保险与全部增值保险二者金额之总和，而本保险责任则按其保险金额占上述保险金额之比例分担。
