地壳化学组成（chemical composition of the crust）是将地壳作为一个整体的平均化学组成。由于大陆地壳与大洋地壳以及大陆内部上、中、下地壳岩石组成存在明显差异，相应陆壳和洋壳以及大陆上、中、下地壳化学组成亦明显不同。如陆壳平均成分为花岗闪长质，而洋壳为玄武质，大陆上地壳为花岗质。对大陆下地壳化学成分尚存在较多争议，一般认为基性的，但部分地区可能为中性。中地壳成分介于上地壳和下地壳之间。
造山带复杂的地壳组成决定了侵入岩的地球化学特征，侵入岩的分布规律、就位机制受造山过程制约。
