申请人根据前款规定要求台湾地区优先权的，其在先申请的申请日应当在2010年9月12日（含当日）以后。
Where an applicant claims the priority in Taiwan region in accordance with the preceding Paragraph, the application date of the prior application shall be on and after September 12, 2010.
此后，在先的申请就不得作为请求优先权的根据。
The previous application may not thereafter serve as a basis for claiming a right of priority.
同一天申请的，初步审定并公告使用在先的商标，驳回其他人的申请，不予公告。
Registration of the other trademark applications shall be refused and the marks shall not be published.
