因素评分法是首先从所有待评价的工作中确定几个主要因素,每个因素按标准评出一个相应的分数,然后根据待评工作总分确定相应的等级。因素评分法最大的优点体现在它的公平性和准确性。当然,它的缺点也很明显,就是实施复杂,周期长,所耗用的时间、费用非常大。
