四君子汤，是人参、白术、茯苓、甘草四味基本中草药为主的古方剂，主治脾胃气虚。该方为治疗脾胃气虚证的基础方，後世众多补脾益气方剂多从此方衍化而来。临床应用以面白食少，气短乏力，舌淡苔白，脉虚弱为辨证要点。四君子汤是从《伤寒论》中的“理中丸”脱胎，把原方中秉性燥烈的干姜去掉，换成了性质平和的茯苓，由驱除大寒变成温补中气。方中只人参、白术、茯苓、甘草四味，不热不燥，适度施力，从了“君子致中和”的古意。 四君子汤是著名古方剂，也因此有专门介绍的同名图书出版。
Objective: To optimize the conditions of extraction for polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction.
目的：研究四君子汤总多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。
