喷胶棉又称喷浆絮棉，是非织造布的一种。喷胶棉结构形成的原理就是将粘合剂喷洒在蓬松的纤维层的两面，由于在喷淋时有一定的压力，以及下部真空吸液时的吸力，所以在纤维层的内部也能渗入粘合剂，喷洒粘合剂后的纤维层再经过烘燥、固化，使纤维间的交接点被粘接，而未被彼此粘接的纤维，仍有相当大的自由度。同时，在三维网状结构中，仍保留有许多容有空气的空隙。因此，纤维层具有多孔性、高蓬松性的保暖作用。
