商标转让是商标注册人将其注册商标赠送、售卖或转让他人所有和专用的行为。转让注册商标，要在转让后6个月以内由转让人和受让人共同向商标主管机关申请转让注册或评估作价。有的国家规定转让商标要连同企业一同转让。我国对商标连同企业一同转让未作规定，但规定了受让人应当保证使用转让商标的商品质量。商标也可以作为投资物作价入股。
