奇穴名。出自《备急千金要方》。又名下颐、髓空。 定位：口腔前庭部，下唇黏膜上，与齿龈接近的唇沟中。外与承浆相对。 局部解削：在口轮匝肌中；有颏动、静脉和神经；布有三叉神经下颌支分支。 主治：肝病，齿龈肿痛，口噤，口臭，口腔炎，面颊肿，马黄黄疽等。 刺灸法：三棱针点刺出血。 附：文献记载 《备急千金要方》：唇里穴，正当承浆里边，逼齿龈。针三锃，治马黄黄疽，寒暑温疫等病。
